We pack items very carefully, if it was damaged in transit (low probability but uncontrolled), please contact us; we will solve it for you! Don’t worry!
We provide FREE SHIPPING for all of our products. But for unsuccessful delivery package due to INSUFFICIENT/INCORRECT shipping address, buyer needs to pay a second shipping fee for resending! The shipping fee is original USPS shipping rate, not include the cost of handing, packaging and related manpower costs.
Orders from the United States will be shipped out with USPS first class. We have Tracking Number for United States orders. There are two shipping options for United States domestic buyers—USPS first class and USPS Priority Shipping. The default USPS first class shipping takes about 2-6 business days (exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). The USPS Priority shipping takes about 1-4 business days (exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).
Orders outside the United States will be shipped out with USPS First-Class Mail International. Usually it takes 2-9 weeks depending the location. (Exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). We have Tracking Number for international order. International buyers can track the tracking number with the website www.usps.com before the package goes out of the United States. Once the package is out of the United States, international buyers need to track the package with their own country’s Official Postal Office. Contact us if you want more detail about international shipping.
5. Local pick up is not available. Normally, we ship items within one business day or the same day after the payment is cleared. You will receive an email informing you when your orders have shipped. Please note there is no a shipment on Saturday or Sunday or National Public Holidays.

PAYMENT
We only accept Paypal.
After you have won the auction, an email will be sent to your eBay registered email address.
All payments need to be completed within 7 days after you win the auction. A non-payment dispute will be opened in the eBay’s Resolution Center if full payment is not received.
We only ship items to your Paypal registered address for fast and accurate shipment.
Please check the shipping address is right before the payment completed. Or you can message us for the correct shipping address as soon as possible to avoid undeliverable shipment.
RETURNS

30-day refunds VS. 90-day replacements–we accept returns with defective or being preauthorized. Please contact us to get an authorization and returning address before sending the item back. (Please leave a note with your eBay ID along with the returned item, THANKS!)
Return shipping fee–buyers pay shipping fee at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements sending out.
