Victorian Edwardian style skirt upcycled from “Valerie Stevens” size 10 black skirt (49% polyester/48% Viscose and 3% Elastrane) and a vintage tablecloth (unsure of textile content, seems like a cotton/poly blend). Side zipper with tie. Small bustle-feature in back.
